General conditions of sale chickens

Terms of Sales


Article 1: Preamble
These general conditions of sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products and/or services offered by the Seller SCEA Les Vergers de la Rouérie on the site www.vergersdelarouerie.com.


Article 2: Acceptance of the conditions
The Customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale before validating his order. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.


Article 3: Characteristics of products and services

- the essential characteristics of the products
- the price of the product
- the date or the deadline on which the Seller undertakes to make the product available to the Customer


Article 4: Terms of order
The Customer has the option of placing an order online. For this, he is asked to create an account on the site via the registration form. The Customer has the possibility to choose products in his order form and to choose his delivery or order withdrawal information. Once the order has been placed, the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation by email.
In accordance with article L3342-1 of the Consumer Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to minors. The Customer declares, under his sole responsibility, to be 18 years old on the date of placing the order.


Article 5: Order modification
Once the order has been placed, it constitutes an obligation to withdraw.


Article 6: Delivery/Collection of order
Orders are placed a maximum of 15 days before the date of possible withdrawal of orders. Withdrawals will take place on Thursdays or Fridays over two consecutive weeks, the precise dates of which will be displayed in the order form.
In case of omission, the customer must contact the seller again to agree on another appointment for the withdrawal of the goods.

Article 7: Payment and invoicing
Orders placed on the site by the Customer are subject to payment. Placing an order therefore implies payment by the Customer.
To pay for his order, the Customer has the payment methods made available by the Seller: cash, check or credit card.


Article 8: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the withdrawal of his order and thus return any product to the Seller for exchange or refund, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
This right of withdrawal cannot apply to perishable or deteriorating foodstuffs, except food products with a minimum durability date (DDM) or to products that have been personalized, or to goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for reasons hygiene or health protection.
