Samuel, after 10 years of employment on the family farm, decided to take over by being the 4e generation on the site of "La Rouérie in Gennes-Longuefuye". He moved into the 22.90 ha business in 2011 with tree production of cider apples.

Samuel is committed to implementing the know-how transmitted by his parents to produce quality cider.
Mélanie, Samuel's wife, after a 15-year career as an accountant and farm advisor, chose to join Samuel on the farm on February 1, 2023.
This new choice of life, allows the development of the farm and the arrival of new activities such as lodging and poultry farming.
In line with our convictions, we wanted to convert the entire farm to Organic Farming in May 2020.
