Cottage La Tiny Pom d'Happy
Come and have a warm stay in a small wooden house (26m2) nestled in the heart of the orchards of the Mayenne countryside:
- Ground floor: a living/dining room with a bench convertible into a 180*200 bed, a relaxation bench, a folding table and its chairs, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, separate WC (dry toilet)
- Mezzanines: 1 adult bedroom with a 160*200 bed (convertible into 2 80*200 beds),
1 children's room with 3 beds of 70*190
- An 18m2 terrace with garden furniture
The tiny being under construction, the photos are the plans.
Equipment
- Equipped kitchen: large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker,
kettle, toaster, crockery for 7 people, stainless steel cookware, tancarville
- 1 convertible sofa in the living room with a 180*200 bed
- Sheets and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival.
- Bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- Outhouse
- Indoor games for children and adults, books for children and adults
- Air conditioning / heating
- TV and Wi-Fi
- Parking space for one car
- A terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and outdoor games box
- Outdoor swimming pool from May to September
- Swing
- End of stay cleaning not included. If you do not choose this service, you will be asked to return the accommodation in the state in which you found it on arrival.
- Baby equipment on request: high chair, booster seat, travel cot, potty or toilet reducer
Even more comfort during your stay:
Breakfast: a glass of apple juice, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, bread, butter, homemade jam, a dairy product, a pastry. €6/adult, €5/child (under 12).
Have your fresh bread delivered to you every morning. On order the night before.
End of stay cleaning: €45.
Picnic basket formula: water or sodas or cider 33cl, sandwich (several choices possible), crisps, fruit or compote. 7 €/person. By reservation.
Mayenne basket formula: indulge yourself with a meal 100% Mayenne farm products, several menu choices possible. €40 per basket (between 4 and 7 people). By reservation.
Practical information:
We give you the keys to the tiny as soon as you arrive between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The unusual accommodation must be returned on the day of your departure by 10 a.m. in the state in which you found it on your arrival.

Our accommodation having access to a stone driveway and steps, it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
